A detailed close-up of a therapist’s resource shelf, carefully organized with cloth-bound psychology books, small labeled glass jars of traditional herbs, a smooth wooden talking stick with carved symbols, and a woven basket containing folded, colorful textiles from different ancestral traditions. A single trailing plant spills gently over the edge of the shelf, its leaves catching soft, indirect daylight from a nearby window. The lighting is gentle and calming, creating subtle highlights on the glass jars and warm reflections on the polished wood. The mood is knowledgeable, respectful, and deeply grounded in both modern and ancestral wisdom. Photographic realism with a side-on perspective and shallow depth of field, keeping the mid-shelf items sharp while the foreground and background soften into a muted, professional blur.

Individual Therapy

A contemporary therapy room featuring a low, earth-tone sofa draped with a handwoven indigenous-patterned blanket and accented by two textured, neutral cushions. Across from it stands a simple oak side table holding a clay incense holder, a small glass of clear water, and a single white candle unlit. The walls are painted a soft, warm beige, adorned only by one abstract artwork inspired by ancestral geometric motifs. Soft, overcast daylight filters through a sheer curtain, bathing the room in even, diffused light with minimal shadows. The atmosphere is safe, grounded, and welcoming, signaling trauma-informed care. Photographic realism at eye level with balanced composition and moderate depth of field, keeping the entire room in focus while maintaining a clean, professional, and healing aesthetic with no people present.

Therapy offers a path toward healing and wholeness. If you feel stuck, fearful, or disconnected from your own power, this is a space to reclaim your strength and choose your path.

Body Work (Reiki or Rebozo)

Remove mat beneath woman

Both reiki and rebozo work invite the return of our natural, unburdened energy, gently loosening what has been frozen in place and softening the trauma the body has learned to carry. With each release, we are called to reclaim our personal power, to deepen into self-love, and to remember our belonging within the greater whole.

Energetic Limpias
