Reiki:
Reiki is a gentle, compassionate energy healing practice that offers a space for rest, restoration, and deeper connection. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, Reiki practitioners work with the intention of supporting the natural flow of energy, helping to ease energetic blockages and invite a greater sense of balance and ease. Many clients experience Reiki as a nurturing opportunity to reconnect with themselves, feel more grounded in their bodies and their existence, and cultivate a sense of peace, clarity, and well-being
Rebozo:
Rebozo bodywork is a gentle, soul-nourishing practice that uses a traditional woven Mexican shawl, called a rebozo, to cradle, rock, stretch, and softly hold the body. Through rhythmic movement and intentional care, it creates space for the release of tension, burdened energy, and what is no longer needed. Rooted in a deeply nurturing, mothering energy, this work offers the experience of being held with tenderness and presence—inviting the nervous system to soften and settle. Like being wrapped in a warm embrace, rebozo bodywork fosters a sense of safety, grounding, and deep nourishment. Many experience it as a return to themselves, feeling supported, restored, and gently reconnected with themselves and greater whole.
